Announced the entitlement of the dividend on 21 NOV 2019. The next day, 22 NOV 2019, the price jumped by RM0.02 at the closing.

0.75 DPS, means RM0.75 per each lot (100 shares).
Presumably, two exercises of dividend for year 2019 (FY end is 31 DEC).

Each year got dividend, better than no dividend for years like some counters. One may include this criteria in order to add on to their golden rules for investing in a particular company.

When it was RM0.19 a share, that weekend, I passed by their Kampar terminal area because I travelled to Tanjung Tualang /Batu Gajah via Kampar TAR University road. I asked why? Less profit or got cash flow problem? Later, we knew that UOB gave them "refinancing" that can saved plenty of money on borrowing cost. The one which gave a "Buy" call (Public Bank) did not want to lent/help /do business like UOB Bank? Of course UOB is from Singapore.

No sure how far you are now. But if you come closer even slowly, you can smell the "fragrant" of this counter. It is basically under-value one. The RM0.43 or RM0.44 by TA had been there even more than a year ago.

It has the buildings and landed properties, otherwise UOB will not want to look at the refinancing exercise. The cash flow from their collection of rental and daily ticketing & sale (and subsidies from the government) will be able to keep the business on-going.

Now Creating a catalyst and keep the momentum favorably.

The full CCC will be obtained by Q1 2020 as referred to TA report and terminal kampar to be fully open by Mar 2020. Thus, it's just few months we need to wait to enjoy the fruit from PTRANS investment. Not trading.
For those sohai came to bad mouth, the only thing I can think of is he think they are smart and want to trade to earn 1,2 cents. Then predicted the price will be dropped due to weak techinical, thus sold thier position but instead of the price drop, it move higher...thus they feel angry and come here to talk some mighty white statement. One to release thier frustution and second try to create fear see if anyone to sell at low..then he can buy back.
