Nonsense lah Wuzy, the terminal already achieve 90% of its completion, and whats next is the CCC and thus operational. I don't understand where your so called "rights issue" idea come from ... All the construction cost been fully paid for by the loans they got. Earning Bump will be in 2019 and 2020, income expected from the tenant and also advertising. Don't like, don't invest, don't dig a hole and bury yourself with your self enhanced taught. Cheers

I am with infoanalytic, Kampar is approaching completion and they have negotiated a big portion of the advertising spots.

Plus you must bear in mind that they have big ITA (Investment Tax Allowance) on 60% of the capex used on building or enhancing any terminal.

I AGREED WITH antoniomc27 and infoanalytic.
PTRANS's MONTHLY INCOME FROM 3 streams of revenue:- Terminal tenancy and advertising, Bus routes, Petrol station ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH TO COVER THE MONTHLY BANK PAYMENTS AND ALL THE NECESSARY EXPENSES, THERE ARE STILL A LOT OF BALANCE CASH AFTER THESE PAYMENTS. SO HIGH BORROWINGS ARE NOT A PROBLEMS TO PTRANS.

Wuzy, first of all the idea of Private placement is to reduce the Bank borrowings, but does it means that they are not capable of servicing the debt ? The answer is, not necessarily. It's normal practice for a company to pare down their debt to a level of comfort as per-advised by auditor and sponsors. And do u think Banks and Borrowers are stupid enough to provide them with such facility, knowing that they wouldn't be able to service it ? Sour puss

1. Don't wait KYY come. Heng Yuan story is very interested. How many little fish is losing money now?

2. If anyone make a calculation like: if buy this counter in 10/2016. Capital gain + dividend + bonus share = gain more than 60%. You said not moving counter? Shit la~

3. For bus termination. Did anyone knows that there is several income from here? Eg. Rental and advertisment. If I didn't get wrong. Advertisement profit margin is 85-90%, as not a lot maintenance cost needed. So...new terminal is 8x bigger than current one...big profit wow~

their business model is good since they rented out the advertising area....profit margin is high...terminal with tenant with consistent income unless no tenant, it will act like a reit.....just their debt is high, but no choice since they need money to develop, normal for a growing company....long term should be good...

should grad it when it is low price..not buy it when it already up very high only chase....the bosses add more at 0.265

This counter trap many ikan bilis, i monitor this stock around 2 years already. Many sifu keep said good this good that. If really that good, why stock price no going up? TP 40 sen++ by researcher but price still moving around 23~25 sen. Self study, don't trust so much sifu story.

U see... if u all know technical chart. The RSI drop from 70 to 30. Overbought to oversold. But price drop only from 0.25 to 0.235. N with good volume. Means what? Accumulation lor....
Volume tells a lot. If rsi drop to oversold with high volume and share price drop like mad. Means big shark throwing lo
