@ Belcashcow sold off and will buy at lower: Same here, just sold and plan to go in again once another opportunity arrives. But if what has to happen already happened, likely this counter will stay on its course and arrives at its destination sooner than expected.

Else just buy first batch now, then average down if price drops. If price flies away, don't chase and let whatever profit runs. At least you're partly in the boat than none.

TP remains 0.4x as per your previous TP. Let's monitor here...

Any previous experiences on this DBT worth of 54 million? Not cross trade, hence harder to understand.. although closest guess is that one holder who owned the shares sold/trade it to another party new to the market (not a current participant), hence the off market trade.

Potentially a new biz venture with the combined effort of the new bumiputera investor, milux directors/lo ling/mr.ooi connections and cash reserves on hand.

Yes, quite a few chinese spoken sifus has conned lots of newbies/gullible investors to stuck in many stocks. This is especially true during last year glove and penny stock mania.

For long term holders, can take in the comfort that possibly the new directors bought shares from previous directors at 0.43, hence the direct business transaction yesterday.

Not advised to buy in now hoping for technical rebound, as yesterday and today's price action are clearly due to insider news.

Giantbaby: No news, just observation. Yesterday's off market volume of 92.719 million shares coincides with the number of shares disposed by previous directors.

The only thing is that these transactions were not indicated as cross/married deals, but the numbers matches exactly.
