Not long ago, I supported MSWG's CSR activity and attended a MSWG course, where it discussed on the disclosure of financial statements.

When it came to the GP margin or PBT margin, a discussion was about how fair and correct those margins were against industry or competitors. How do they know if the company was efficient and effective?

In that, a participant who admitted to be a season Bursa retailed investor, asked the then CEO of MSWG, that companies should disclose all the details of their customers/vendors, so that the retail investor can fact check and even make suggestions to that company on how to make their margins better. (since that person can nego a better deal)

The CEO of MSWG just grinned in disbelief and replied "If such disclosures were made in such detail, that companies competitive edge would be lost to not only its competitors, but also to wannabee new entries. Hence, that company's value would go down the drain and fall into bankruptcy".

So I come to a conclusion that "macam macam ada in society" and many are not really knowledgeable in stuff (either thru inexperience, incompetence or sheer ignorance).

Hence funny and damaging comments from them.

When you look at the trade today, even the operators are not trying to push the price up, since they already know dark forces will come in and wipe them out.

The operator know who it is and these dark forces have 250 million shares to dump on them to kingdom come.

TODAY will be the lowest price in SD's history.

Unless SC/Bursa tangkap the dark forces, then all as planned (that will be scuttled).

When some of my comments "hits the bone to the core", I know its the truth.

Someone here really took big hit by it as it exposed his incompetence, lack of judgement, lack of cognitive and deductive reasoning. In addition, it exposed his real life character and real live job level in business and corporate scene. A non performer.
