The procedures for dealings during closed period are as follows:-

In English, 'next week' means 14 days from today, the right word is 'the following week' or 'the coming week', which means 7 days from today.

Directors are given 2 weeks to report any buy or sell. Only share buy back need to report immediately.

On the above basis, it is believed that the SC would be under " instructions" to assist the aggreived bxmi investors to recoup their losses by approving the regularisation plan by hook or by crook after which the share price is expected to appreciate.....

If the above conspiracy holds true, it is good to buy some now.....

Serba's Dec 2019 financial results stated that RM111.113M was used in the Tanazania project and the funds came from proceeds from a private placement on 30 January 2018.

If the RM111.113M was not used for the Tanzania project but actually landed in someone's personal account; that will constitute a criminal breach of trust.

I'm not talking about 369(a)(B) and 367(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007.

Fresh charges will come under Section 405 and 406 of the Penal Code.



CBT Penal Codes

405. Whoever, being in any manner entrusted with property, or with any dominion over property either solely or jointly with any other person dishonestly misappropriates, or converts to his own use, that property, or dishonestly uses or disposes of that property in violation of any direction of law prescribing the mode in which such trust is to be discharged, or of any legal contract, express or implied, which he has made touching the discharge of such trust, or wilfully suffers any other person so to do, commits “criminal breach of trust”.

406. Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment for a term *not exceeding ten years and with whipping, and shall also be liable to fine.

SD has never generated positive cash flow for last few years. Don’t come argue bank balance, that is not cash flow generated.

Operationally funded by debt.

Similar to Apong seller. 10 pots but 8 covers. Using inter company borrowings.

SD management has never been honest in their disclosure and press releases.

Delve deeper and you will find cracks.

Once fraud is confirmed, banks will never loan money to SD again. Imagine blacklisted.

For a company that relies on borrowings to fund operations, this is death knell.
