KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhdsays the issuance of its annual report 2022 (AR2022) has been delayed as the audited financial statements, together with its auditors’ and directors’ reports for the financial year ended June 30, 2022 have not been completed.

The Practice Note 17 (PN17) company said this is mainly due to the board of directors still working on resolving the outstanding audit fees issue with the external auditors.

"The company will make further announcement as and when there is material development,” it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.

Dr. K was mainly the one to be blamed for the downfall of SD today due to his persistent confrontation with KPMG if not his ego . He would have avoided all these messes had he come to term with KPMG. Given the breathing space ,he would have been able to rectify the " shortcomings" by other means. Once the external auditors are put to the corner and forced to resign, then it is seen as harbinger of downfall to come . 1MDB is a good example....

It looks like serbad cannot even afford to pay audit fees 1.6 mil, hence auditor doesn't want to release or sign the report. I suggest serba use same tactic sue auditor and bursa again la ( questions is whether serba still has money to sue or not, haha)
