Ask advice from your remesier broo Just few things to take note on, the volume is still kinda low. Not yet trend reversal. But is a hidden gem. :P No buy/sell call ya
From the study, Ranhill & Malakof among the lowest PE of around 12 compare to the industry average of 26.41. Which is only 50%. Consider undervalued? Think about it.
But if compare ROE between Ranhill with Malakof, Ranhill with better ROE of around 12% compare to Malakof of around 7%. If compare to the industry average ROE of 9.25%, Ranhill still come with better ROE of 12% compare to 9.25% industry average.
In terms of DY, Ranhill with 5.88% compare to industry average of 5.38%, which also beat it.
In conclusion: Ranhill VS Industry average: 1. PE - 12 vs 26.41 (Undervalued) 2. ROE - 12% vs 9.25% (Outperformed) 3. DY - 5.88% vs 5.38% (Outperformed)
Ranhill similar with Salcon, but Salcon not doing well, so normally not taking it to compare, so will take market industry average to compare.
No one know 0.825 or 0.83 is it a good price, it is very depend you are keeping it for short, mid or long term. But in PE & DY wise, it is a good to go for me (no buy sell call). Or if it can go cheaper, even better.
Ranhill business not much affected by the Covid Pandemic, due to business nature (unless no one need water and power anymore). It is slow, but steady, can put it under a defensive portfolio.
My suggestion buy in batch by batch, no one know where is the bottom, and no one know where is the peak too.
