Yeo is a prudence businessman, i dont think he will pay premium. Besides, the Ranhill is not easy to do mandatory takeover which result in being delisted, most likely is maintain listing status. This stock is monopoly for Johor water supply..definitely good potential.

read from the announcement, the ultimate YTLP related will hold 51%, this trigger mandatory offer. However, need min acceptance from the rest up to 80%, only can be delisted. It looks challenging. Besides, the doc did not mention intention to delist. Which i dont think YTLP will offer, it is better to make it as subsidiary.

As i have menriined last night, Tan Sri Francis will not pay thru his nose and Francis os a shrewd investor that he place interest in his shareholders and the board.. it RM0.995/ share offer price. The price now is above 1.50. Later reopen up or down take a guess. Peace and cheers!

Under YTL umbrella ofc not rubbish, fundamental is still intact. Furthermore with trailing 36x PE is really expensive. Fairly valued at Rm 0.995

a vision businessman, always buy at discount. Then develop the value from there. Thus, holding the stock under YTLP is definitely not a rubbish. The deal is a direct business deals, btw major shareholders which dont even need SC approval. The price later, may not drop either. It is not issuing new shares at 0.995, but it is the major shareholders exit.
