What happens If Sunway can sustain the growth like past 6 years? Then Sunway mother will be 3.31 in 2024, WB will be 1.87. I believe in 2024 % that WB >0.6 is 80%, >RM1 10%, <0.6 to lose is 10%. Base on Casino Theory, high return low risk is golden opportunity for me.

Martin, strong resistant at 1.71 and WB holds firms at 0.42. If able to breaks and settle at 1.74. Then, WB will follow moving up.

I have the same though. 0.32+1.44=1.76. I think premium for 5 + years is too low. So, whether WB will be up next 3 months or 5 years. Return still consider high for me to collect more.

Base on the news on Star 15th June 2017. Sunway Medical should now in the pipeline to list. Sunway Medical historical profit. 2016 : 37.5M, 2017: 50m, 2018: 60m. Base on lowest PE for hospital sector, 2016 Sunway Healthcare is worth 1.5Bn. 2017 worth 2bn, 2018 worth 2.4Bn. If base on 2019 and forward profit growth of 20%. 2019 could worth 2.88Bn and 2020 3.4Bn. Currently Sunway Healthcare sector NTA only around 446m. That mean, by listing and dispose some share or give it to Sunway shareholders as special or dividend in species. Then, each share will get minimum 0.20 or higher. Is anyone aware of the exercise price revised 2 cents lower? shouldn't it be 1.58 this year? Since it's decreasing 7 cent per year until 2024. Am I missing something?

Exercise price revised downwards from RM1.65 to RM1.56 due to issuance of SUNWAY-PA shares last month. Long-term warrant holders would also have noticed additional WB shares issued (628 additional shares for every 10000 shares held).

The exercise price of the Warrants will be adjusted downwards from RM1.49 to RM1.42 per Warrant effective from 4 October 2022 pursuant to a fixed annual step-down of RM0.07 per year on each of the anniversary dates from the first issuance of the Warrants in accordance with the Deed Poll for Warrants dated 19 September 2017 ("Deed Poll"). The revised exercise price of RM1.42 per Warrant will be effective for a period of one year from 4 October 2022.The exercise price, at any time during the tenure of the Warrants, is further subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll in the event of any alteration to the share capital of the Company. The Company had on 9 November 2020, adjusted the exercise price of the Warrants to RM1.56 pursuant to the renounceable rights issue of new ICPS.

Go to https://www.sunway.com.my/investor-relations/warrants/
Download the PDF and follow the instructions. There are some administrative fees (RM20) involved as well as the conversion price of RM1.35 per share.
I've been searching for an online version since they are using Tricor (tiih.online) as the registrar, but it seems the warrant conversion process is still stuck in the stone ages.

Yes agreed. At digital age, warrant conversion should not be still limited to form and bank draft submission. Tricor should implement online conversion

This warrant is trading at negative warrant, but is going to expire in October... May be can try another warrant that also has a negative premium, i.e. TANCO-WC
