Another interesting fact is that there was a huge block of 220 million +++ shares queuing to buy at RM 0.275 yesterday afternoon.

Who created such a huge block? Could it be the Duo ( Dino& Brain), or the M Group or 3rd party friendly to the duo or 3rd party friendly to M Group or another independent 3rd party ( 3rd unknown force ) ?

From the insider news, Dino acquired 16 millions++ back to replenish his shareholdings to 14.21% ( He used to hold 17.71% singly ). It is believed the the M Group is holding about 12%-15% through proxies . Their main proxies now are basically the two fellows so called " IT experts" by the names of Leong and Teh who are having the pledged shares collectively about 12% .

From the above basis ,both the Duo and M Group are believed to be fighting for more shares to take full control . Once either of both parties has managed to reach shareholding of 33% or more , that party will be able to trigger " Mandatory take -over ".

In my view, it could be another 3rd force to join in with the huge block to prevent both parties from reaching the required number to trigger the mandatory takeover or the agenda of the 3rd force is just to protect its own interest by preventing the share from being further depressed and plummeted to penny stock. Thats why the lady youtuber has swiftly posted for a " buy call".

Nevertheless, it is interesting to see if the block will continue to be present next week or not . Yes or No, you should know what to do next .........

It can not be denied that both parties ( the duo and the M Group ) are capitalising on the fear of the the panicky chicken heads throwing cheap tickets to them.

To counter this, a 3rd force is believed to have stepped in with the huge block to prevent both parties from achieving their agendas.

What both parties ( the duo and M Group) care is the ton of cash in the company. Whoever controls will set to exhaust the cash.

A 3rd party is believed to intervene to prevent both parties from reaching the required no.to trigger a mandatory takeover.

We will see if the block will continue tomorrow or it was just illusionary.

3rd party could be anyone. This 3rd party must have acquired substantial shares at much higher price earlier on even the drama started. To protect its investment and to prevent it from being further depressed and plummeted to bottom price ( such bottom price is the wish of the duo and M Group to increase their shareholding to take full control ) , they must step in.

If one of the parties ( the duo or M Group ) manage to acquire the required number to trigger a mandatory takeover, that would be detrimental to the interest of the 3rd party where the 3rd party could be forced to accept the offered price ( offered by takeover party ) as a result of the 3rd party would suffer huge losses.
