Assuming they maintain their profit of 1.20 eps. which derives to around eps of 5 cents and with 20 pe their fair value is 0.95 cents to rm 1.00. watch nova. 70 cents is good support.

1H FY 2020 ended 31 Dec 2019, it it recorded a 35.36% jump in net profit to RM 5 mil with EPS of 1.7 Sen (compared to 1H 2019 RM 3.99 mil with EPS of 1.29 Sen ) on the back of 16.76% increase in turnover to RM14.81 mil with a net margin of 36.5%.

Per below press statement today, in March it has commenced supplying to government hospital for its Sanitiser range of products and urr discussion with management that contract should see a 5 fold increase in sales which would contribute positively to the profit., We are not able to determine the sales value. Though we understand this category is formed part of about 16% of its turnover in FY 2019.

Q2 EPS was 1.12 Sen . The annualised EPS is 4.48 Sen without factoring the new contract secured with government hospital and the increase in Sanitiser products sales in retail phamacist Outlet. With its growth, achieving a 6 Sen EPS is realistic at PE 15 to 20 valuation would be 90 Sen to 120

Buy and hold should be rewarded.

based on the share price and valuation. 74 still ok. It ended up higher. tmr if maintain or go up, next TP is 80 cents. watch tmr movement. if stable, good sign.

Agree with catherine. Watch tomorrow. Careplus limit up 30%. they might goreng this up as well. Right now not many people promoting yet...... and their volume break historical high. wont drop much. You think shark buy 65 cents, earn 10 cents run? no such thing.

The completion of phase one of this factory is significant for Nova, as it now increases production capacity by five times. Nova is now in the process of constructing phase two of the factory.

Capacity up 5X! Factory ready in Nov 2019. Expected CF in Dec. Should start new factory in 1Q2020. Right timing

ONE thing u al shud know is that Nova has e-commerce business. and supplementt will always be consumed

People wont just stop taking supplement. During MCO, how many pharmacy that sell this medicine online? probably non. Not even YSP. Glad that finally investors are loooking at nova.

My personal target is rm 1.00. 40% upside. margin of safety is there.

lol.. no need to worry ba. no matter whats the price, its eps its at least 1.50 cents and current price, its pe its only 15. given 20 pe, with 50 cents full year, they can gain a RM1 valuation. This is exclduing their expansion capacity in place. conservative view.

FearTrend, why 20x PE? Comfort 40x, HLT 42x...plus Nova net profit margin is 50%!! Thats crazy high, where got other players register 50% net margin. I think multiple should be higher, no?

Didnt the article said, it expanded capacity by 5 times, 2019 revenue 29.6m, assuming 2020 grow by only 50%, with net margin of 50%. The bottomline should be 22.2m, u give 25x...target would be RM1.75 worrr

Tatih, or 20 is just conservative. That's why I said even or which is lowest at rm1. If we give pe of 30 it will be rm 1.50. j would rather go for this than careplus and supremx. As it is still very low pe. Yes supermx all those can fly.. but pe is high.. downside risk higher. I prefer downside risk lower.

make sense, what i like the most is NP 50% is just a no brainer...I just saw Singapore listed glove manufacturer, 1Q20 results up 54% YoY, if we use this for malaysia listed...take example Supermax...assuming similar growth annualized..supermax only trading at 21x PE
