Is it advisable to buy warrant since it is in big discount, convert to mother and take the profit? Any sifu can comments? My worry is after conversion to mother (which may take about 2 weeks), mother price drop sharply.

Yes. Correct. Provided in 2 weeks during conversion period, mother share doesn't sell off below the current price preferably.
