Mother share price increased dramatically in the past 3 days, people who are looking to buy warrant are skeptical mother's price will hold at current levels. That's why the warrants price is still at levels before mother share price spiked. Once people are more confident of the mother share price in a few days time, the warrant price will follow up.

cost=warrant price+ exercise price
=0.48+0.40
=0.88
gain=share price-cost
=1.50-0.88
=0.62
