i dont understand.. listing expenses usually deduct from IPO money they collected. why they deduct from their profit?

It is still an one off expense that needs to be appear on the record no matter what, it is not a liability so it has to appear in P&L statement, and that expense will deduct from the IPO money which became their cash in bank now after deducting all profits made in this quarter. Adding one point: they are still cash rich with current ratio of 3.14 which is very healthy after paying off this listing expense

Managed to sell all today. My avg was 30¢, waited from Feb till now only able to make some decent profit. Good luck to those still holding, hope u make more $.

Clearly tht Q1 in red due to listing costs. By the way, shall the Q2 forecast wil be good? Is it means Q2 revenue at least 71.6m (book value) - 18.2m (Q1 revenue) = 53.4m and no further listing costs?
