Some people must have bought at high price....can't handle negative comments...want to be RICH...there's MORE to learn in this vicious stock market...where sharks always try to eat smaller fishes.
The company posted a declining profit QR and it had reflected on the FY19 statement... Plus, Q4 are suppose to be a seasonal high period due to the holiday and festive season, So it is rather disappointing to see a retail post that result!!
In addition, I believe this retail had position themselves in the gender game in which they cater most off their product to the female market and this will create a certain direction in their shareholder profile. That being said, if they look for their stakeholder to be shareholder then their glass is already half empty.
Come the next QR, it would be even worse as you have the Covid19 factored into it. And definitely, there is no clear direct strategy being communicated to the shareholder on how they are going to counter it beside the E-Sales thingy; FYI, market expansion will take a few months at least to make a significance impact and reflect in the number book...
Well, if they really want to save the share price... they can impose buy back strategy or even declare extra special dividend to justify their shareholder loyalty!! But again, market capitalisation is to gain $$$ in order to fund future business expansion or operation!! Make no sense, to do so in such a early stage!!
Trust me, the drop will stop eventually but what is the baseline is yet to see especially in the current panicky market... Bite the bullet, it might stop declining in the afternoon ... Peace out!!
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
