Swift growth is better than FM. They have land bank for future warehouses too. Their vehicles are newer and causing less downtime in terms of servicing and inspection. It should be trading around RM1.20

Over value lah , under value lah but when it starts jump to rm 1.50 all keep quiet already ! Swift haulage will be logistic taikor just like top glove in malaysia !

MACC should open up an enquiry and check if this IPO was done fairly following all the SC and Bursa Guidelines.....which smart individual approved RM1.03 ipo price....why instittutions are selling from Day 1....
Its in the public interest to know this .
Past 4 weeks..market has moved from 1480 to 1550...70 points up.....Swift has moved from 1.10 to 87.....
Something not right?????

KUALA LUMPUR: Swift Haulage Bhd's (SHB) subsidiary, Swift Integrated Logistics Sdn Bhd is acquiring KP Port Services Sdn Bhd from Sowatech Sdn Bhd for RM11 million.

In an exchange filing today, SHB has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Sowatech to confirm the former's interest in acquiring and the latter's interest in disposing the entire stake of KP Depot.

"The entire stake in KP Depot is propose to be valued between RM9 millions and RM11 million. The purchase price will be fully satisfied by way of cash payment."

SHB said the MoU will not have any effect on the issued share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of the company.

"The MoU will not have any effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of SHB for the financial year ending December 31, 2022.

SHB said the acquisition would not require any approval of shareholders or any relevant authorities.

stabilizer just an acting instrument for those ppl, don't trust those share or bank willing to do this , LHI is a very good example.. stop falling into the same track again, you can see LHI till now still haven back to the ipo price. another share is ewint , all same pattern

now put how many buyer also will get throw, their intention just want to throw share only, dont put buyer there, if want also very low price, then wait for few weeks wait for another ambank stabilising action and throw them for another pre closing price like yesterday

Finally..throwing seems to be stopping..
Bursa needs to query this stock...why are the big boys throwing...what information do they have access to..that the general public is not aware..can this be likened to insider trading....investigate..
Even the small time investors can see....that there's something wrong with Swifts trading....Bursa officials need to do their job.....

then you will understand why despite stabilising action, price would still keep dropping.
