The management will do it in the form of private placement or right issue when they almost finish the fund they raised from IPO since this co has very high debt. High receivable also mean the having problem to collect payment which eventually may turn into impairment !

the selling pressure is extremely high, try to guess, ored drop 1month n selling pressure never subside , who is the seller ? :D Any other IPO drop like SWIFT ? If not the owner or owner proxy account, think about it. like I said, you may play contra but definitely not for investment, TASCO is the best choice if u like logistic, a well manage company.

I remembered once there was an ipo known as hock seng leong with similar biz as senheng, From the very first day, the price dropped to less than rm1 in about 2 months time from an ipo price of rm1.60 if I am not mistaken. I managed to picked up some shares at below ipo, I can't remember exact price around 1rm coz this was more than a decade ago. I hold the shares but it kept dropping to around 60¢ before I got fed up n disposed it. Thank God, after not too long, the company went into liquidation n the share was delisted. Hock Seng leong had the same biz as senheng except that senheng is bigger, more organised, stronger fundamentally, n probably better management, that's why it can last till now n issued ipo whereas, weaker electrical companies had long closed down.

when a co go public listing, always read the propspectus very carefully, dont just listen to the bullshit by the owner, many company go public listing to cheat investor, issue IPO at high price and behind the screen selling ticket to unlock his capital.
