Yup, not much choice as companies can't sustain the increasing cost as well. Can't please both shareholders and customers. But milk is not a necessity unlike rice, wheat, etc
Actually a lots of thing need milk, cake, coffee, chewing gum, cereals, Most Indian food, mashed potato, salad dressing, chocolates, milk tea and etc. Not say necessity, but lots of thing need milk.
Yup, many things need milk but most commercial companies will use cheaper options like milk powder instead of fresh milk. Besides, FFB targets retail customers where drinking milk is an option not a necessity especially during times of financial difficulty.
Don't think shops/ companies will use such premium milk for their business. How to recover profit if use expensive milk as raw ingredient. Majority of FFB customers are end consumers.
Told you its going down below ipo price. Bcause business has peaked out just ahead of ipo. Saturated dy. Theres only so much milk people can drink. You supply more oso you cannot sell.
Price of fresh milk is getting expensive to buy even before inflation. Most people cant even afford to pay few RM for a small pack of fresh milk. Significant portion of the cost spent on the nice plastic packaging.
1.60 previously a key support now turn into resistance. Reclaim that, we can see it going back into the range and see if we get any follow through for higher price.
This counter will no drop much as the EPF and Directors not yet sell their tickets to you at high price ..... Just look at MR DIY they slowly sell tickets for 2 years ,,,,,,, The boss wrong timing if IPO 1 year ago The price should up to RM 4...
