at this price it is overvalued, and the bonus issue makes it worse. Bonus issue is usually the dead sentence of an uptrend. Big funds are likely to sell before the bonus issue.

BI is a complete waste of time to investors n money to the co.
Most owners of stocks do not know How Mkt Works.
the IB advisory will kon them with BI so that they n fun can dump all their huge holdings on the best news planned to attract demand or retail buyers.
the s/holders structure or foundation of the stock, will be condemned n destroyed after the BI. it's mission impossible to convince another bigger s/holders to come in to buy.

the owners onli want big BI like 2:1 or higher.
then the stock price becomes penny = many funds r not allowed to buy!

Profit margin sliding every quarter.
Q1 2022 was 48%
Q2 2022 was 31.1%
Q3 2022 was 41%
Q4 2022 was 30%

Q1 2023 is 29%

Negative operating cashflow despite net profit higher but not able to collect.
Receivables almost doubled.
Purchase of PPE for biz expansion reduce by almost 60%, likely reflecting slowdown in biz and subsequently lower capex spending compared with similar period in 2022.

Do you guys find something is off about the recent Q1 2023 quarter report?

The newly added Hongkong market for mechanical assembly worth RM12.5mil

i) From Annual report 2022, SFPtech has 3 markets; Msia, US & S'pore
ii) From previous QR , also match 3 markets where the revenue comes from; Msia, US & S'pore
iii) Previous 4 quarters in 2022 for mechanical assembly recorded revenue of RM15.6 mil
iv) Previous quarter Q4 2023, mechanical assembly only recorded revenue of RM1.6 mil

Without the new Hongkong market, SFP would declare revenue for Q1 2023 of only RM22.1 mil

Without the sudden unexplained surge in mechanical assembly revenue, SFP would declare revenue for Q1 2023 of only RM8.7 mil
