Total unbilled sale of SKYWORLD is amounted RM968 mil, which is much more higher than Radium (less than RM200 mil). Grand opening price can be expected from Skyworld

This company's NTA certainly is more than the radium; skyworld has around 55 acres land bank, while radium only has around 5 acres. Big gap of ratio, 11 to 1

Very hard to said now. Subscriber is mostly big lots, additionally ib and tricor being supportive. Is 50/50, similar to radium ? I guess different. More similar incident like Mr DIY
