TH HEAVY - 'IT AIN'T HEAVY AT ALL'

TH Heavy is an associate company of Lembaga Tabung Haji (LTH) which has a 32% stake. Tan Sri Quek Leng Chan via Guoline Capital Limited and his son Mr Quek Kon Sean, are the second largest shareholder in the group,with a 9.09% stake. With Tan Sri's 'brand equity' (unrivalled success with the Hong Leong Group)in this company, it is going forward by leaps and bounds.

Based on current outstanding orderbook and projects that have been delivered in 1HFY13 and the RM196m Permas job which commenced in 3QY13, the group should be able to report revenue of roughly RM250m in FY13, ahead of FY12 revenue of RM190m - (+31.6% y-o-y)

As such, profits for FY'13 will be estimated at around RM25.0m (+3.4% y-o-y). Consequently, expected net profit is estimated at around RM5.5m (-13.3% q-o-q) in 4QFY13, driven largely by the Permas and Heera jobs.

In terms of EPS, with the new shares placed out to Guoline Capital as well as dilution from outstanding warrants conversion, eps is expected to be slightly lower y-o-y.

Going Forward, CY'14 onwards - The bump in revenue & EPS will come from FY14 onwards from increased fabrication operations, higher utilisation of the DB30 and also contributions from FPSO (Nippon Oil Contract) from and a whole array of successful tenders. STAY INVESTED

THHeavy is renamed from Ramunia. Rumunia is located right at the coast near Pengerang. It should do well when Pengerang Oil & Gas is finally launched in 2017.

The primary focus now is Water Related Stocks. One month is given for selection of Water Players. Will JAKS win? Most probably. Why?

Reasons:

1) JAKS is owned by KPS. KPS is controlling Shareholder.

2) And KPS is owned by ASB. ASB needs money for 9% payout to ASB Unit Holders'

3) So Govt will be partial - award contracts to JAKS lah.

4) JAKS also has both Big & Small Water Diameter Pipes For All Uses.

Buy some JAKS on weakness & wait for News Announcement.

Bro changlk03 ...Most ppl don't want to buy on a Friday because of the uncertainties over the weekend. Risk is higher but gain also higher. However,it is an opportunity for bargain hunting if we are cash ready!

Most others rather CHASE if the stocks rebound early next week.
