brother, we are really appreciated what you have done thus far in this forum, if you stop to lead us, we will go south north no way, what you and psd concern is right, we need to learn basic knowledge before start to involve in share market. hope your decision is not serious.
Bro mike, dont say so. I am still learning. Your call always gives me idea on which counter to look at, out the such a big pool of listed counters. Thanks for the contribution. :)
Bro butter, where were you? Sold your KAREX? Still reading the document attached.. Looks complicated to me.. I think bro psd57 would be the one who can understand better. hehe..
The total consideration for the Proposed Subscriptions of RM560.0 million was arrived at on a willing buyer-willing seller basis after taking into consideration the enterprise value of P1 using, amongst others, the discounted cash flow method of valuation, comparable trading multiples and precedent transaction multiples.
mikekong55, GPAC VALUATION at RM350m is premised on a 3.4x NTA (Book Value) of 15c/share. Reasonable as GPAC is heavily geared, the premium is for GPAC's 4G broadband spectrum business segment. This works out to be RM350m/690m Gpac shares = RM0.50c GPAC share value. No wonder price went down to 52c yesterday. My 2 cents. Hit and run next time!
already said, where have good news from gpacket. either they give recycled story to promote their company or they give out lousy deals for minority shareholders
Weskong Holding ave 22.8 cents. Thght RTO good for them. either today cut loss or wait tomorrow. But market already reacted to news so I also don't know what I waiting for -(. Sifu mike any suggestion?
Kukuman, ya, forced into it. No choice. Sometimes really need to cut losses. It's painful but over the long term, keep your losses low while maximising profits.
Ha ha.Gpacket I also lt shareholder. Hold so long and miss train to offload. Went in Yee Lee yesterday at 1.66. Looks like good buyers. Hopefully can up some more today. Reading of my buyers and sellers very bad.
