topaz..i don't know..according to Bonesycthe..the NTA is around RM 3.5..so mother share still have plenty of room up. I not good at how high it can go ..just like GADANG-wa i sold too earlier..I only know if people start focus it..buy it and hold it....
if you ask my TP..my TP is still have chance to hit 1.25 and go higher next week. but this will be punish as "REPORT ABUSE"..haha

SBCCORP New NTA 3.89 Price at 2.35..still going up
Gadang New NTA2.45 Price at 1.81...still going up

SBCCORP snd SYMlife NTA is very close...(buy at your own risk)..

Devt land cannot revalue cuz this will reduce profit when land is developed for sales... But if land is cheap we know future profit will be good.
