Chinese Stocks Tumble As Offshore Yuan Surges Most In 2 Months After Apparent PBOC Intervention

Update - Chinese stocks continue to plunge... Offshore Yuan surges on intervention.

Aside from 3 very small adjustments, The PBOC has fixed the Yuan weaker for the last 20 days, driving the mid-line to 6.3962 - the weakest since August 28th. After Chinese stocks collapsed on Friday, they are holding the losses for now as the biggest question remains just what the weighting will be for Yuan inclusion in The IMF's SDR basket (which looks set to be announced tomorrow - US time). Metals are tumbling (with Iron ore down 3.7%) and broad AsiaPac stocks are down around 1% as brokerages in China are plunging (Haitong -9.2%),

Good morning...klci...wave 1 from 1644 is still in process n currently appears to be unfolding in the final upleg,v1 of 3V from 1663.Within vl,upleg,1667-1669 area is expected to hold for a test at 1683 by tom.The completion of the upleg,v1,shud be seen at 1692-96 area by early next week b4 wave v2 unfolds in 3 waves,the support of which is left to be seen after completion of wave v1.
An alternate count has to be applied if it fails to hold above 1656-62 area from now..better not be as it wud look ugly over short med term.

good morning tsy .. supermx has to break 2.53 else there will be more downside ie a wave C in progress ! the recent dev is kinda like that of tecguan ... after a 5 waves up it's time to take a breather :(

tsy .. tecguan is a bit tricky !!! from 0.07 to 1.86, it looks like the big WAVE has completed the 5 waves seq ... unless it's extended with current support at 1.62 ... if the wave is not extended, then beware of corrective wave in progress and u may want to trail your profits accordingly ! the pivot is 1.70 .. meaning shud she manage to stay above this level, she wud test R1 1.78 R2 1.83 R3 1.96 .. good luck :)
