i guess if u are comfy with whatever trading strategy, then do apply it and earn consistent profit ... no right or wrong ! mr kcchongnz did point out something very useful !! he used margin but he never advocates in public forum (on the contrary he discourages) cuz it's risky and not many can emulate and do well like him ...

duit ... as trader we must know our strength and weakness !! if say i can't process that kind of large data to make a trading decision, then i won't force myself cuz in the end i will be dead meat :( so, i just try to trade based on whatever i am comfy with !! aiya after all, trading is my hobby and i don't aspire to be a professional trader ...

kitty .. i look for ta signals (not period) to identify reversal trades ! say if a counter has dropped between 162F and 200F, there is a high prob for a reversal ... more so if this drop is at a strong support level on higher time frame like daily / weekly ... and last but not least when there is a divergence (preferably double) from momentum indicator on the last downleg !

ya meh i see this pristine in and out using the same time-frame ... he won't be in that situation when the dip is too big for him to recover !!! he cut very fast and then re-enter .. not relying on large data for future development ???
