My take on Comfort is this. It just announced a very good set of results. FA wise its great. But as we know, even good FA stocks can be sold down during bears but they will bounce back. Comfort has bottomed out at 0.67. Its immediate support is at 0.73 and it needs to clear its immediate resistance at 0.77/0.775 with a strong resistance at 0.795. It should enjoy strong support at 0.715/0.72.
There will be some overhang in the stock as it has undergone quite a severe correction, 78% on the fibo retracement. So, you can expect some selling activities in a weak market sentiment environment. Depending on your entry price, you might want to stop loss upon violation of 0.715. Good luck on this stock. Incidentally, I am also trading this stock. But, as mentioned by Dunknow, always fall back on your trading plan in case we are wrong in our assessment.

Good morning Dunknow, tsy, Profit n all forumer...
Profit bro, i'm currently holding COMFORT.. Due to the weak market sentiment, will it effect much on CI today.. Need ur view on this, thanks.
westgun, there is a possibility that they will try to keep it at or above 1600. Even if they do, I don't think its sustainable as the overall fundamentals of world economy is weakening. So, in the light of this, it may not be a wise thing to do as China has found out the hard way when they tried to prevent a market crash earlier on. The minute the measures are removed, there goes the floor of the market again and the fall could be even harder.
At the moment, KLCI has already broken down from 1600 but is fighting hard to stay above this level. If the weakness persist, we can expect the index to head towards 1540.
Globally, there are concerns that the Glencore stock price plummet could trigger a major correction. At this point in time, we can only speculate but the risks are there. The Fed has hinted quite strongly that there will be a rate hike by the end of this year.
Yes, you may want to stay away from call warrants and go with puts. I foresee increased volatility and more corrections on the way. There are just too many negative news surfacing daily to warrant a bullish run.

Hi TCB & all...
Hi Profitman....up coming 2 days will be closing the Q3... do you think that Bomoh team to support the Index to fall / maintain at 1600 level?
I am currently holding only TNBC23 and still plan to sell it at better price ( cut less lose ).. as i strongly believe that October will be a Storm coming and better "Put"..
Good morning. Many thanks for your views on our market !! Greatly appreciate your valuable feedback and your way of putting things into perspective is simply awesome. Always looking forward to your views.
Thanks profitman. Just want to clarify abit. This is not a morning star because this 3 candle pattern doesn't look like a morning star or is it we are not bottom enough (i.e. valid pattern has to form below the 2 recent previous low 1503 & 1568)? Thanks in advance.
Dunknow, Superln: It broke out today with a gap up taking with it the 1.55/1.56 resistance. 1.50 is the immediate support. Consolidation appears to be over. Bullish with a strong breakaway and now the test is to see if it stays above 1.56 and to re-test the next resistance at 1.68. Beyond that, it will be in new found land!. Could be on a good winner here. Still, do be cautious of market sentiment.
John Wong, the previous 2 lows does not factor into the morning star criteria. The morning star occurs at end of a downtrend to signal a bullish reversal. We should be looking at the immediate 2 candles prior to today.
In a morning star pattern, Day 1 is a bearish candle, usually a long bearish candle. The candle of KLCI on 28/9 failed this criteria. The day 2 candle should open with a gap down while the day 3 bullish candle opens with a gap up and should close beyond the mid-point of Day 1's candle.
The pattern in question does not fulfill many of these criteria.
Sorry for the delay. Have been very busy this few days :) wish you have a fruitful week :)
APFT
The Uptrend trend line is still intact from March 2015. Volume emerge on 4/3/2015 and form a base at $0.175 from 15/5/2015 to 4/6/2015 which is very healthy. On 30/9/2015, it formed a "Hanging Man" candle stick which indicate Rebound signal. Strong support at $0.175. Cut loss if break below 0.175. Resistance 1 at $0.22 and Resistance 2 at $0.24
KNM
It is bearish over the long term chart. It may show the rebound signal with Three White Soldier candle stick. However, it failed to clear $0.525 on 11/9 and show weakness. It is consolidating between $0.45 and $0.53. Strong support at $0.45 and cut loss if break below $0.45.
tsy, Dunknow, ariff, jasonor, inwest, connie, duit, westgun and All, Good Afternoon.
The Dow had a very green day yesterday and naturally so, as it recovers from its earlier losses. Coming from an oversold position, it did a technical rebound across the board but the magnitude of the rebound was surprising as there were no new positive news or data to support a very bullish tone. Lets see if it sustains.
On the KLCI, as we anticipated earlier, it could be "pushed" up in the very short term. But for the KLCI to touch 1640 this week could be stretching it a wee bit. Even if it surpasses this level, it may be short lived and may not be broad based supported. The plantation sector is drawing attention today.
In this volatile market, the best stance to employ is perhaps, still, the buy on dips and sell on rally posture.
Dunknow, my apologies for coming back to you this late on Minho.
Minho, It is now consolidating in a pennant after a temporary decisive break out from 1.18. Its support of 1.18 seems to be holding at the moment. Should this support continues to hold, it could be poised to attempt another decisive breakout to re-test its immediate high of 1.28.
profitman ... i am so sorry for not returning your greetings here !!! so so rude of me :(:( apologies to dunknow not accepted ... capital punishment is more like it ... i shall volunteer to execute :)
Good morning,mr Profitman......my apologies for kacau you at this late hour on Minho....and many thanks for sharing TA on Minho....wishing everyone have a pleasant morning....
