The Board of Directors of Affin Bank Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 48th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 27March2024were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 48th AGM held on 25 April 2024.
The Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year 31 December 2023and the Reports of Directors and Auditors thereon were received and duly tabled at the 48th AGM under Agenda 1.
All the resolutions were voted by poll in accordance with Paragraph 8.29A of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs Scrutineer Solutions Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
