Mohamed Razeek to quit as CEO of MRCB

Datuk Mohamed Razeek Hussain has resigned as chief executive officer (CEO) and director of Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB).

In a statement today, MRCB said Mohamed Razeek's last day with the company will be Aug 17, 2012.

MRCB said the board of directors will work together with Mohamed Razeek during this transition period.

"The day-to-day operation within the divisions remain as normal with the respective divisions heads/vice presidents," it said.

Mohamed Razeek was appointed to the board of MRCB on Dec 1, 2009.

He joined MRCB as chief operating officer in June 2009 and was promoted to the post of CEO on Dec 1, 2009. -- Bernama
