I suspect @SomaCruz89 is either own a huge number of Jaks, or, being paid to say good about Jaks, or, relative of Jaks owners.
Just take it privatize easier. Don't keep listing since cannot perform. Some conned stocks still can goreng up. This one totally OKU.

PP, right issue, PP, right issue then consolidate.
Same pattern seen in those kind of stocks. People not learn. "Hope" is not suitable in stock. "Hope" is kind of miracle. "Hope" in stock is a designed for loss.

Let say local business still bleeding RM 50m per year, still got RM 100m profit from power plant.
You forget to put in another RM 50M for impairment loss on goodwill and receivables + another RM 14M on LTIP expenses.
The good news is the balance on Goodwill in Balance sheet is now RM 23.5 M

@sslee, that is a risk of investing at lousy mgt that investors need to know. All those promising calculation by some really made a lot investors who lost heavily.
At current mkt cap of RM 400m, i will bet small. Has the kitchen sinking exercise almost done in you view?

At this price is very tempting.
Someone is pushing down the price for big boss to collect PP cheaply.
Once PP is over then price will be pushed up for big boss to sell and the cycle repeat again.

This year power play :
Toyoven - price goes up from 60 sen to RM 1.40 in few month times
YTL Power - price goes up from 66 sen to 85 sen
jaks - price at historical low. Current mkt cap = RM 400m. Power plant share of profit RM 150m per year + LSS4 profit (COD by 2nd quarter 2023) minus local business losses.

1. ALP poor business ventures both new and old ones. Obvious all his ventures failed except for Jaks Power Plant in Vietnam which is run by Chinaman not him.

Jaks is better off just to maintain vietnam power plant and appoint a monkey as CEO with yearly profit of RM 150m. With so many failed business ventures, only get profit of RM 100m or maybe lesser.
