rubbish QR, there is a 6mil+ one off gain from fair value gain, without the 6mil, its net profit will be so UGLY !

bull sh*t to the max :D I'm not as stup*d as u by holding a losing counter, cut way earlier with small losses after it broke support and recovered from other property stocks with handsome profit.
Guys, follow the chart is very important, when chart tell u to run for life, u must run or else u will be losing money like Bullrun18 holding this junk and missing opportunities on many other bullish stocks.

EUPE profit margin from property division keep dropping non stop for many quarters, other division even worse where losing more money than last q by huge amount. You need to look forward, not look at past data.
The co is running by lousy management obviously.

Eupe fundamental is good. if EUPE can go up to RM1.30, @ROGER3210 should admit your mistake and keep quite. If EUPE goes down to 80cent, you are the winner.
