N2N Boss extremely low profile and market shy. If he is more press/investor friendly, N2N with such a good fundamental (cash rich and good management) already trading at RM1.00 now. Hudson Holdings limited which has become major shareholder of N2N recently is not "calang calang " company. They are under Jack Ma.

With SBI out, it's about time to take a position in this stock. My faith is in the new shareholder Hundsun Holdings Ltd. What I'm interested in is N2N Connect's Asia Trading Hub that claims to provide a unified trading platform for broker members who can then offer their clients the benefit of trading stocks in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Taiwan with a single trading account. The ATF should generate much more transactional earnings for the Group. Perhaps they are facing regulatory problems.

1. What kind of new business does the Managing Director expect to be able to develop with the new major shareholders?
2. Do you have any specific ideas on how to team up with them to achieve the Asia Trading Hud plan?
3. Or, Have you already started a dialogue with them on a new collaborative business?
4. Please elaborate on potential cooperation with them. Will it be in HongKong or Malaysia? What will be the most likely business for cooperation? How soon will discussion with them commerce?
5. was the recent joining of Hundsun technologies unexpected by the company? or has this been in discussion for quite some time now?
6. Will they be given board representation?

N2N big boss very low profile hardly meet people. Very surprised to her that he will be special guest for GS Golden Summit this Saturday. Hope that he will share more good news with us especially main board transfer timeline which is long overdue. BTW , may I know how to join the meeting? is it conducted in English?

It's a complicated structure. Hundsun Ayers is one of the biggest in HK. Than there's AFE in HK also under N2N. In Malaysia and Singapore, both N2N and Hundsun Ayers also operating separately.

Another thing to take note, N2N on 2018 made a purchase of 28% stake on Australian co. named OurMoneyMarket (OMM),

Currently OMM just announced they are raising Series C on August 2021 and it is expected their investor as a backer which included N2N. We may see N2N increasing their stake in OMM as the P2P lending co. reported they already written in excess of $220 million in loans and has projected that it will hit $525 million of loan originations by June 30 next year.
