Just unlocking by sale of King Koil has turned Kps into a Net Cash company
Assets are cash in solidification.
And Kps still got lots of non core assets to liquidate for cash to give out special dividends like Pelikan. Management has given guidance to sell non core assets for cash.
This single move will now see patient investors rewarded

KPS Plaza is a Done deal bcos it is selling back to PKNS ( Selangor Gov Developer )----46mil will give around
