Divi today? Congrats to those patiently waiting. The price would still be above 90 sen if not for staff stealing. Anyway Kudos to the government for generating tourism & other activities providing the perception that the economy is moving upwards, impact will be felt when data are announced later.

Can not imagine a bank share is lower than many many reit counters. Sunreit is almost 1.60, Pavreit is 1.43 even kipreit is 0.900..some thing must be wrong with MBSB Bank….

Yes. If I will choose to invest in MBSB Instead of investing in FD. If MBSB goes up sell, otherwise wait for dividends. Below RM1.00 it is easy to invest around RM50k. And you will get every year good return of dividen.

I invest in MBSB because of my own opinion of its future prospect . Meaning MBSB income will continue to improve = Higher DIV payout = Higher share value. And those who think otherwise , they also have their own opinion.. So no need to complaint what is the past DIV payout return of only 3 or 4 or 5 or 6%. ( How to argue if your bought in before 20th March 2023 and then got DIV RM0.085 div then???
