Share price of Uzma = 64 sen

Net Assets of Uzma = Rm1.54

SO SELLING OFF ASSETS AT RM1.54 MINUS 64 SEN SHARE PRICE A SUPLUS OF 90 SEN

NOW LOOK AT UTUSAN

SHARE PRICE IS 5 SEN

NEGATIVE ASSET = -90 Sen

So -90 minus 5 sen = - 85 sen

THAT MEANS THAT ASSETS MINUS L:IABILITIES FOR UZMA = + 90 SEN

AND UTUSAN SELLING WHATEVER ASSET ALSO CANNOT COVER DEBT = - 85

SO UZMA GOT A HUGE PLUS

AND UTUSAN GOT A HUGE MINUS

SO BASIC MATHS

Delisted but not closing down or bankrupt right ? Still actively online and might recover one day. Are they still selling print ? Share holder will still remain as share holder just cannot trade. Just my opinion , i dont mean anything as i dont own this stock. Just hope to gain some knowledge.
