Now buying Paramount at 115 sen is because it is having good prospect to make a lot of money within next six months. Of course I also bought quite substantial amount at around 70 sen and still keeping at after receiving so much dividend. Right now Paramount is the safest bet (better buy) among all property counters.

Well said ks55 and newbie9893...Glomac already risen high recently...Mkland is the last listed Bumiputera owned developer that is still a laggard amidst continuous property recovery...I m totally optimistic of Northern Perak since it borders Kedah and Penang as that is where all the major industrial zones situated that could create a spillover effects to Lembah Beriah in times to come when more new industrial parks are proposed in Northern Perak... Definitely Mkland's 4000 acres value of land there will see significant increase in the future...Once KIGIP is set up in Kerian soon, it will surely attract foreign and local investors to Kerian district to set up factories there as the land is cheaper compare to Penang...Mkland is deeply undervalued due to the massive landbank they are sitting on in Northern Perak...

2018-05-13 : Once again it is proven the 80 tax penalty claim against Mkland is unjustified n more to political attack against companies tat has close ties to Mahathir...Mkland knew about tis tat is why they refused to settle the amount...Now tat Mkland is free of the tax claim and on Monday onward will fly with healing on its wings...Will surely move back to 0.30 soon and in the longer term will cross 1.00 again when they started to develop affordable houses of its 4930 acres of massive landbank under full support of Tun Mahathir...
2018-08-09 : Previous 3000 acres Bandar Teknopolis failed to take off since Perak State was run by the BN...Now tat Pakatan Harapan is in charge in Perak, MK should get the much needed boost and approval to kick start the project back to the full scale soon...The Govt under Tun M will provide a smooth sailing to the chartered Sea for Mkland since both have close ties...Reiterate BUY! with a revised Target Price of 0.80 after priced in the coming positive catalyst...

Mkland is deeply undervalued in terms of RNAV value...Much attention is given to Perak under Anwar leadership to transform Perak into industrial state just like Penang and Selangor...In this context, focus is zoom on Northern Perak, Kerian district where New industrial zone will be set up there and Bandar Teknopolis Perdana and Lembah Beriah is located very near to Alorpongsu interchange and this highway is linking all the way to Parit Buntar which is not far too...We still dunno what Mkland is planning ahead but the future looks good for Mkland given that it owns 4000 acres of undeveloped landbank in Northern Perak...So U all do the calculation whether it is wise to acquire Mkland now or wait till it shoot up above 0.30 in coming mths...

NTA is standing high at 1.03 against its share price of only 0.22, which is before Revaluation...Just imagine if its massive landbank in Northern Perak undergone Revaluation exercise to unlock true fundamental land value in the future, its RNAV could go up above 3.00 per share as all their land was acquired more than 20 yrs ago...Due to inflation, everything is so expensive today same goes to land which is a safe haven against inflation

Dasan...I m glad to hear tat Sime Darby Plantation is turning Tali Ayer Estate into Green industrial park soon...this is a great testament that more and more Developers are coming to set up industrial zone development in Northern Perak...I believe Mkland has set up plans to develop green industrial properties accordingly to their previous announcement unofficially...Can Mkland make a comeback??? As I said before Mkland is Asset play stock, not growth stock...its earnings and revenues are never attractive for the past many years but things are changing soon and turnaround is coming as they chart new direction in RE and industrial properties development which will contribute positively to its EPS in the future...at the moment its EPS is not attractive at all but I m optimistic for the things to come...
