looking at the adjusted charts of conglomerates, most of the Chinese owned conglomerates like YTL, PPB, IOICORP, SUNWAY are trading near or higher than their record highs! only BJCORP, HAPSENG are losers

From BCorp Q4 FY-23 report, under CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT:
Disposal Group/Non-current assets classified as held for sale is RM612million, as compare to RM189million at FY-24.
Can anyone share with us which non-current assets have been disposed off lately?

Let assume that it is not Bukit Tagar Landfill, as (1) this deal was on July-23, (2) It's value is RM700mil, not RM400mil.
If it is additional RM612 "assets held for sale" beside Bukit Tagar, in 6 months, cash inflow could be 612+700=1,312mil.
Very huge amount to par down debts.

To ensure all stakeholders being fairly treated , 1) Link the directors/management remuneration (pay/bonues/dividend) to company performance 2) For those directors/management people holding more than 1 position in the group , cap the bonuses/dividends to maximum 2 companies within the group that profitable with ROI >5% , this is to make sure they have the desire to drive for higher ROI to qualify them for the yearly remuneration.

My ideas for bjland is market share price of bjland should be the same pace to bjcorp market price. If you want to reflect the value of both, you should merge. Then, revaluate the assets and restructure like Batikman purpose. Then market price can up. VT selling bjcorp, reverse and against the will of shareholders and wanted bjland release, so that can control bjland via bjasset with low prices. Hurt both the minority shareholders benefits.
