To day the share has reached at 1.27 which is the highest since 20-10-2020. So far the historic highest price for Mahsing for the last 5 years was 1.47 on the 19-10-2020. Before the quoted Ex date for distribution of Dividend of 4% on the 9-5-2024, you may hold it which still has chances to reach 1.50. The above is my personal opinion for discussion only. in terms of EPS, PE ratio, DPS, DY, ROE MahSing has better valuations than SPSetia.

who are these "analysts"? Young people just graduated from business or finance background. No knowledge of property industry. Have not stepped a foot into the land office, show house etc. They can't grasp the environment surrounding the industry. Sitting inside the office chit chatting and gossiping when free. Are these people qualify to be your guidance to stock investing? Most probably some of them don't even have hands-on experience of buying and selling shares in their lifetime..
