Just quote some positive words from "B3. Prospect" write up in the Dayang Q4 reports (Page 25) :

1. "the newly secured Asset Integrity Findings (“AIF”) projects"
This newly secured business project hasn't announced earlier in the Bursa site. Let's see later in the announcement how big is the contract works.

2. "Our offshore service vessels (“OSV”) fleet also underwent routine maintenance and renewal of approvals in preparation for a busy 2024. "
A busy 2024... we can anticipate that this year it could be another record year for both Revenue and Profit.

3. "Going forward, we will be participating actively in new tender activities while waiting for the outcome of tenders already submitted."
Actively participating NEW tenders + waiting for tenders already submitted.
This means that they have many more new contract works pending to be announced later throughout this exciting year.

The board being always very conservative and prudent in the past, has now expressed a very positive outlook and confidence is the year ahead. We can anticipate its record high share price in 2024.

Compare to Dialog which has PE of 24.13 & EPS of 9.53, Dayang is much much cheaper with PE 11.79 & EPS 18.91 than
Dialog. Base on Dialog PE 24.13x EPS 18.91, share will worth RM4.56.

Yes, Dayang had secured 13 contracts, 4 announced in Jan 2024 while the remaining last year. Now is March. These good news would have already baked into the current price. And not forgetting on 11 Mar (Monday), ex-dividend.

To climb higher, it will need more than just "imagination". So, any new contracts? Dayang tendered as claimed in the last quarterly report. So be patience.
