Today number of share buy back (volume), did the management tried to hint on something.. haha..

A good move by the management to perform share buyback. Hopefully can continue to clear up the weak holder in the market and pave the way for strong rebound when market sentiment turn positive in the future.

For a company with net cash and equivalent of about RM1.50 per share , buyback share below 1.50 will always be a good bargain.

The management is slowly clearing up the seller in the market. I just holding on with my stock with expectation of min 5 sen per share dividend for reinvestment

Prc drifting w/o any excitemn during these mths, eventhough holding piles of cash & awaiting to bait for valuable deals. BOD r old folks, acting in slow pace....even slower than PBB. Unlike Nestley tat not ony cash rich, but oso rich in creativities, innovations & managed by foreign modern ypung teams to preserve its financial longivity & future prospects

I glance through the balance sheet of both FACBIND and Eksons. Both assets mainly in cash or quoted investment and smaller portion in land for development which reflected the value. To push the stock price to next level , management need to use the cash to venture into new business or pump up their property business to improve the performance.
MPHBCAP beside the huge cash pile , the under value land will be an advantage. The stock price will much depends on how the management unlock the value.
Among 3 , I will go for MPHBCAP with higher upside surprise
