WCT showing signs of rebound, and need to clear above the 20 day MA before I enter (ie if closes above 0.53). @Nadayu, recent QR for WCT in the red. Probably explains the bearish sentiment. Stock looking to be oversold now. Entered a position for a swing trade.

Looking at the technicals, i am anticipating a repeat of trend as the stock is oversold now and at key support price area. Looking for a swing trade but prepared for the worse (ie price break down lower and this is merely a false breakout). WCT is moving gradually towards my TP 80 sen. Volume is building up too..........Very healthy sign..............

ks55 Good news for APM:
1. Good quarterly result.
2. High tangible asset per share. Properties never revalue for 30 years.
3. Record car sales. Good for components supplier and APM is the riding on this.
4. High dividend pay out. Boss is not known for self-enrichment practices like Jaks, but a generous person.
5. Potential privatise target as intrinsic valuation could be more than rm 15.

Bank borrowing RM 1.2b less Cash & Bank RM440m, still has balance court case settlement RM475m still outstanding. Even they able to collect back RM475m, still negative cash balance RM300m. Must fire their Quantity Surveyor, cost overrun so much. Maybe hanky panky

My average cost is less than 40 sen. I have confident in WCity OUG and Larkinton JB projects.
