last 3 qtr results; revenue 7m and loss after tax 200-360K each qtr..... unless there is a growth story here, even current price is 18c is not worth it, anyone here have any news?

looks like company gonna go for rights issue of 1b shares at RM0.12 each to raise RM120m to buy up Green Lagoon technologies..... a biowaste to energy tech co..... pretty risky if you ask me, but if you have spare cash to park why not....

once RI announced share price will go down..who would want to subscribe RI from a loss making penny counter..later on announce share consol ..better run fast..they wanted to raise fund from investor to acquire another company..look at Fast Energy..sudah masuk longkang...they should have push the price b4 RI, else let them subscribe it themselves..

安康物流斥1.2亿 收购环境解决方案公司

（吉隆坡23日讯）安康耐力士（ANCOMNY，4758，主要板工业）持股34%的子公司安康物流（ANCOMLB，0048，创业板交通与物流）拟议，以1亿2000万令吉收购Green Lagoon Technology私人有限公司的全部股本。
该公司向马证交所报备，安康物流已与Green Lagoon Technology代表于周一（22日）签署合作意向书，并建议以每股12仙发行10亿股新股，换取Green Lagoon Technology的股份。
安康物流已与Green Lagoon Technology代表签署合作意向书。
这项收购附带一项盈利保证，即Green Lagoon Technology将在拟议收购后的第1个财年贡献至少800万令吉的税后盈利，并在第2个财年贡献不少于1000万令吉的税后盈利。任何不足将由供应商以现金补偿给安康物流。
Green Lagoon Technology专注于沼气工厂的设计、建造、运营和管理，有效地将废物转化为宝贵的资源。
