No car park income during WFH, mati lah office tower and malls, GG hotel also, KO already. Got dividend not. no dividend fall further lo. Holand already the car park business. How much the electricity lighting at car park. All the fogging cost and also floor washing , all cost. security cost. Holand already no carpark collection.

The income mainly carpark, you know why, because the rental occupancy already 70-80% which is already high but net income fall to holand. GG already, if WFH continues, net income from carpark KO liao, Holand Holand Holand. Hope Covid recover lo, Now Pop will go Nirvana

Amfirst has its opportunity, but lots to weight, I bet the biggest factor is the parking operating cost. and rent collection. its all about if the price will tank below 30 sens or not for discounting for this
