Hey guys, heard that a sub shareholder is in a discussion with a sg tycoon to launch something big soon. That's why Goldman bought in?? Anyone know what is happening?? Is this why they need cash to launch this project??

Can buy OR?? If this rumour s is real, sure can subscribe for the rights with warrants right?? Going by the trend, each time goldman buys a share,the shares spike like crazy...just like Vincent Tan also buy like crazy when Goldman was a sharholder.

this stock will be like MLAB.all those who subscribed with free warrant made hugh profit and are still running to the bank. Mother share when rights are listed will be min 8.5 sen and warrant 4 sen. total abount 12 sens min. 20 % profit

ie.
Total Cost = 4OR @ 0.005 + Subscriptioon 4OR @ 0.10 = 0.42
Return = 4S x 0.085 + 3W x 0.04 = 0.46
Net = 0.04 per 0.42 or 9.5%

Big market movement in friday. My friends bought the main share at 0.09-0.095 and they are already laughing. I manage to collect some at 10 cts, missed early boat, sad :( !! What about you guys?? Can buy more still?

Any news?? What about the sg tycoon? Is he going for some take over with sone funds??

if you are holding too many OR now, you have to have money to convert to ordinary share.. even you bought it cheap @ 0.005 let say for 1,000,000 units... you need 1,000,000x0.05=RM50k to convert it to ordinary share + free warrants... if you don't convert all, means your money is going to drain...

example: 0.01 x 100,000 share = RM1000


2. Form download here: (this: RSF pdf file)

4. Buy RM10 stamp and glue it.

Calculation: 100,000share x 0.05sen = Rm5000


6. If wana EXTRA right issue share. Buy ANOTHER Bank Draft (will got get all if alot people apply)

So sien, if i settle my bank draft 5k i will get shares for 100k units @0.06 so which mean if example i sell at 0.7, can i get back my 6k (1k is the OR i bought) + profit? doesnt really understand yet plus confuse. kindly assist.
