Encik Megat Amirul Zameer Bin Megat Ab. Rahman (Megat) joined the Westports Group in November 2019 as a Senior Finance Manager and he assumed his current position with effect from August 2020 with the responsibility for overseeing financial related matters of Westports. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance from University of New South Wales, Australia.

Encik Megat has twelve years of experience in the field of accounting and finance. He started his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young in 2012. Subsequently, he joined Schlumberger as a Senior Financial Analyst in 2015, overseeing the region of Algeria, Tunisia and Libya for BITS and Drilling Tools Segment, and subsequently became the Head of Finance in KAT Technologies Sdn Bhd, the main distributor of CELCOM for Peninsular Malaysia in 2018 prior to joining Westports.
