Therefore, by virtue of DAPE Ltd holding more than 20% of the voting shares in Dymon Asia Private Equity (S.E. Asia) II Ltd, and Dymon Asia Private Equity (S.E. Asia) II Ltd holding more than 20% of the voting shares in Diamond GP Holdings II Ltd and Diamond GP Holdings II Ltd holding more than 20% of the voting shares in Pristine Prism Ltd and Pristine Prism Ltd holding more than 20% of the voting shares in Dazzle Clean Ltd, DAPE Ltd is deemed to have interest in the 290,991,473 shares held by Dazzle Clean Ltd in Frontken Corporation Bhd pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016.
