The Board of Directors of Kimlun Coporation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the 4th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at the Rafflesia 1, Lower Ground Floor 1, Sime Darby Convention Centre, 1A, Jalan Bukit Kiara 1, 60000 Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, 19 June 2013 at 2.30 p.m. A copy of the Notice of the 4th AGM is attached. Please note that the notice of the 4th AGM will be advertised in "New Straits Times" on 27 May 2013.
