Previous Close: 1810 -38
FKLI dragged down by global sell off yesterday, once dropped below 1800 and bounce back near the end of trading session. As US stock market show some rebound yesterday, FKLI today likely open high and test rebound 1st. However, there is no confirm signal of bull return yet. Today watch out for Msia balance of trade Dec 17 at 12pm.
In daily chart, FKLI breakout from bottom of BB and pull back, RSI normalized to neutral from overbought while MACD just crossed down. Hourly chart on the other hand show a possible technical rebound signal as RSI recovered from oversold, FKLI may test middle line of BB and upside gaps.
Price Level to monitor today:
Resistance : 1826.5 1842.5 1851.5 1861.5
Support : 1795.5 1786.5 1772
Recommend Trading Plan for the day:
1. Look for further entry signal if gap up above 1826.5.
2. Buy 1811 for a rebound, stop 1808, profit 1814/1817.
3. Look for sell signal if unable to break above yesterday noon session high 1817 or yesterday high 1826.5.
