Previous Close: 1827 +15
Please be noted that Aug 18 contract will be expired by tomorrow 30 Aug, traders may choose to trade Sep 18 contract. FKLI continued to mark a strong gain yesterday, the highest since May 18, on the back of foreign fund buying and bullish market sentiment. US stock market closed with little gain last night, FKLI likely to sustain rebound stage and test resistance.
Daily & hourly charts formed higher highs & lows, more to bullish, but watch out for potential RSI bearish divergence in hourly chart.
*Classic Support & Resistance*
Resistance: 1830.5 1844.5
Support: 1815 1805.5
*Recommend Trading Plan for the day:*
1. Buy 1829, stop 1824, profit 1834/1839.
2. If index retrace 1st, look for buy signal around 1820.
