Previous Close: 1706 -31
FKLI hit 3 month low after a sharp sell off in US stock market, but managed to sustain above 1700 level during closing. US stock market fell more than 500pts last night but futures rebound near 200pts this morning, FKLI may testing rebound too. Today watch out for Msia retail sales data on 12pm.
Daily chart formed a doji yesterday, close above 1708.5 yesterday high to trigger a rebound signal. Hourly chart showed a technical rebound from RSI oversold near market close, break above morning session high, may test to close upside gap.
Classic Support & Resistance
Resistance: 1734.5 1779
Support: 1681 1655
Recommend Trading Plan for the day:
1. Buy 1709 for technical rebound, stop 1703, profit 1715/1721.
2. Look for sell signal below 1697.
