FKLI hit 2 month low ahead of FOMC meeting as pressured by heavy selling, mainly banking stocks.
4H chart formed lower highs & lows, may test 38.2 Fibo retracement level of swing 1573-1700 around 1620 level, but watch out as RSI in oversold.
